My name is Carlene and I am currently in my third trimester, expecting my first baby to be here around the end of March. My husband and I are expecting an adorable baby girl, who we have decided to name Arbor Roselia. We're a goofy couple who love being playful and downright ridiculous at times. Since getting pregnant, I have learned I love food almost as much as I love my husband. I'm always looking for new recipes to try out and meals to impress my family with. Part of the fun of cooking healthful and tasty meals is being frugal as well, so I've taken up extreme couponing and bargain shopping as a hobby. When I'm not busy being your stereotypical 21st century mom, I enjoy reading and studying simply for the sake of learning. Knowledge is power, and I'm one strong mama. I take a pretty "crunchy" approach to life and like to live as close to nature as possible without completely giving up the convenience of technology.
